William Tarter - President

As President and CEO of Total Construction Enterprises, Inc., Bill brings a new dimension of leadership to the industry. A native of Indiana, Bill lived in Savannah, Georgia for several years before joining the United States Marine Corps in 2006. After four years of active duty and two tours of Iraq during the height of the war, Bill was discharged honorably as a Sergeant. Bill then attained his BS in Construction Management from East Carolina University. After moving to the Largo area, Bill achieved his Certified Building Contractor License from the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board and, along with the Danny Ellis, began Total Construction in 2013.

With years of experience in the construction industry and a decade of leadership qualifications, Bill brings a level of know-how, professionalism, and integrity severely lacking in the industry today. You can feel safe putting your project in his hands.

Danny Ellis - Senior Vice President

With over 30 years of experience in the field of construction on jobs all over the southeastern United States, Danny brings the experience and wisdom that can only be acquired through time. Danny has many years experience in the fire, wind, and water restoration industry. In addition, he has extensive knowledge in home remodeling and new home building. A master of his trade, Danny possesses the wisdom you can feel comfortable placing your jobs trust in.
